As you may know, my name is Jamie. I am a true GIRLBOSS, female entrepreneur, cosmetologist and blogger from Auburn, AL. I live with my loving husband (affectionately known as Da-Da) and my two beautiful children (Kyleigh & King). When I am not at my desk, you can find me on my MAC working on my blog and other business ventures. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, traveling, and modeling in front of the camera for my man. (Yes, he is my personal photographer and he is the absolute best .. and did i mention that he is my biggest fan).
I have always been a feminist, and beauty has always come second nature to me. With more than 10 years of experience in the fashion / retail industry, I have become very attentive to the world of beauty and glamour. After completing the cosmetology program in my hometown, my interest for skincare, makeup, and hair care increased and my passion to educate women grew immensely as well. I have always been passionate about owning my own beauty/ retail company , and I will finally be able to follow my dreams starting in 2020 when my very own eyelash extension line drops. (YES HONEY! Look at sis making boss moves).
I started this blog to inspire, educate, and to help other women where beauty and femininity is concerned. Here, women can find hair, makeup, beauty,and skincare tips and tricks, as well as easy recipes, DIY projects, and more.
I hope that I am able to inspire others who are passionate about writing, to take a leap of faith and start their own blog. I also hope that I am able to help and educate women about any and everything WOMAN. As women, it is important that we know how to nurture and take care of ourselves mentally, spiritually, and physically. Because if we don’t … who will?
